These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", "you") and KREW365 SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Krew365 Solutions", "Company", "we", "us"), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at FL NO -B4-201 Poetree, Appt #4094 SY NO 7/3, Carmelram, Bangalore South, Bangalore - 560035, Karnataka, India.
By accessing our website krew365solutions.com, using our mobile applications (including SalonForce OS), or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide: custom web application development (React, Next.js, Node.js), cross-platform mobile apps (Flutter, React Native), cloud infrastructure & DevOps (AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase), enterprise SaaS engineering, AI/ML integration, UI/UX design systems, SalonForce OS salon management platform, dedicated developer pod services, and technical consulting.
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain credential security, notify us of unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for account activities. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Custom Projects: Upon full payment, all custom source code, documentation, designs, and assets are 100% transferred to the client with full IP ownership. Company Products (SalonForce OS): Remain exclusive property of KREW365 SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED; users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license. Website Content: All content is protected by intellectual property laws. Open Source: Third-party components remain under their respective licenses.
You agree not to: violate any laws, transmit harmful material, gain unauthorized access, interfere with services, upload malware, reverse-engineer software, use automated extraction tools without permission, or damage our reputation.
Custom projects follow milestone-based payments per SOW. SalonForce OS subscriptions are billed monthly/annually. We accept bank transfer, UPI, and Razorpay. Prices exclude GST unless stated. Late payments (beyond 15 days) may incur 1.5% monthly fee.
Full refund available before work commencement. No refunds for completed work. Monthly SalonForce subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be refunded pro-rata within 14 days.
All deliverables include 1-6 months complimentary support (bug fixes, infrastructure adjustments). Warranty does not cover unauthorized modifications, third-party API changes, or client infrastructure issues. Services are provided "AS IS" beyond the SOW warranty.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions.
You agree to indemnify Krew365 Solutions against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, third-party rights violations, submitted content, or negligence.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information for 3 years after engagement termination.
Either party may terminate with written notice. Termination does not relieve payment obligations. Upon termination, we provide data copies subject to legal retention requirements.
Neither party is liable for delays from causes beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet disruptions).
Disputes are first resolved through 30-day good faith negotiation, then binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in Bangalore, Karnataka.
These Terms are governed by laws of India. Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
Invalid provisions are modified to minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions continue in full force.
These Terms, Privacy Policy, and any SOW constitute the entire agreement, superseding all prior communications.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice.
